We pack every order fresh and ship it fast, so your protein, creatine and pre-workout reach you on time.

Processing time
Orders placed before 10:00 PM on a working day are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will get a confirmation message once your order is confirmed, and another when it ships.

Delivery times are estimates. Weather, courier delays or public holidays can add a day or two.
Payment on delivery
Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready when the rider arrives. You can also pay in advance by bank transfer or SadaPay.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we send you a tracking number by WhatsApp or email. You can use it on the courier's website to see where your parcel is.
Before you accept your parcel
- Check that the outer packaging is not torn, wet or opened.
- Check that the product seal and expiry date are intact.
- If something looks wrong, do not accept the parcel and message us right away.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If the courier cannot reach you after 2 attempts, the parcel returns to us. We can send it again once the shipping charge is paid.
