xfreakfitness.com is an online store operated by X Freak Fitness, selling sports supplements such as protein, creatine and pre-workout in Pakistan. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean X Freak Fitness, and "you" means anyone who visits or buys from the website.

Using our website

You agree to use the website lawfully and honestly. You must not:

• Give false information when ordering or creating an account.
• Try to access parts of the site you are not allowed to, or interfere with how it works.
• Copy or resell our content or product listings without our permission.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Supplements are not intended for children.

Products and health

Please read the label and follow the recommended serving. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical care, taking medication, or have a health condition, speak to a doctor before using any supplement. Results vary from person to person and depend on diet, training and lifestyle.

We try to show product descriptions and images accurately, but colors, packaging and flavors may differ slightly from what you receive.

Orders and pricing

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We confirm it when we accept it. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or we cannot verify your details. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs). Prices and availability can change without notice. The final price, including any shipping charge, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• SadaPay
• Bank account transfer
• Cash on Delivery (COD)

For SadaPay and bank transfer orders, please send the payment screenshot to us on WhatsApp (+92 318 0425362) so we can confirm it. We start processing the order once the payment is confirmed. For Cash on Delivery, you pay the courier when the parcel is delivered.

Shipping and delivery

We deliver across Pakistan using courier partners. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by your location, courier delays or events outside our control.

Please give a complete and correct address and a working phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by wrong or incomplete details. Check your parcel when it arrives and contact us quickly if something looks wrong.

Returns and refunds

Why we have this policy:

• Order fraud. Unfortunately, many customers place an order and then refuse or cancel it after it has been dispatched. This causes us a direct loss, so we cannot take that risk.
• Our products are 100% original. We sell genuine products only, so there is no reason for a refund.

You can check that a product is original yourself:

• Look up the product on the brand's official website.
• Take clear photos of every side of the product and email them to the brand to confirm it is genuine.

Please be sure of your order before you place it. If you have any question about a product, contact us first and we will help you choose.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Intellectual property

The X Freak Fitness name, logo, text, images and design on this website belong to us or our licensors. Other brand names shown belong to their owners. You may not use them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

We take care to run the website and supply genuine products, but we provide the site "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for harm caused by using a product against its label or against medical advice. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be excluded.

Privacy

We collect the details you give us (such as name, address, phone and email) to process orders and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services needed to fulfil your order, such as couriers and payment providers.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the website means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
